What we collect

When you book: your name, phone number, optionally your email and the notes you write. When you create an account: the same, plus your birthday if you add it.

For each visit we keep the service, date, time, price and appointment status. If you are in the loyalty programme, we keep your points.

Why we use it

To confirm your booking, send a reminder the day before by SMS (and by email if you left one), and to reach you if something changes.

News and offers are sent only if you opted in from your account. You can unsubscribe at any time from the link in the email or from your account settings.

Who we share it with

The technical providers that make the above possible: hosting and database (Supabase, EU), email delivery (Resend) and SMS (Twilio). We do not sell or pass your data to other companies.

How long we keep it

For as long as you have an account with us, or as needed for your appointment history and legal invoicing obligations.

Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time by writing to contact@kamalinka.ro or on WhatsApp at +40 754 474 493. Account details can be edited directly in Settings.
